摘要
农村土地流转是经济和社会发展的必然趋势,但又是一个渐进的过程。通过对国内学者有关中国农地使用权流转的成因、模式、存在问题等研究文献进行梳理,并指出进一步研究的方向。
The rural land circulation of economic and social development are the inevitable trend, but is a gradual process. Chinese scholars concerning the adoption of our country on agricultural land use rights transfer causes, patterns, questions exist, such as sort out the research literature and pointed out that the direction of further study.
