摘要
以40个水稻品种为试材,探讨不同穗重型水稻品种产量与品质的差异,以获得优质高产的最佳穗重类型水稻品种。结果表明,重穗型品种产量高,但稻米垩白率高,垩白度、碱消值和胶稠度大;中穗型品种糙米率和精米率高,直链淀粉和蛋白质含量低,食味值高;轻穗型品种每穗颖花数少,产量低,稻米碱消值小,蛋白质含量高。总体来看,重穗型品种产量较高,但米质一般;中穗型品种产量较高,且稻米外观品质、加工品质和食味品质较优。
In order to obtain rice variety with the optimal panicle weight type and high yield and quality, 40 rice varieties were taken to explore the differences of yield and quality of different rice varieties with different panicle weights. The results showed that the heavy panicle type （HET） varieties had high yield, high chalk percentage and big chalkiness degree, alkali spreading value and gel consistency .The middle panicle type （MPT） varieties had big brown rice rate and milled rice rate, low contents of amylose and protein, and high eating score.The light panicle type （LPT） varieties had little spikelet number per panicle, low yield, small alkali spreading value and high protein content. Overall, the HET varieties had higher yield and nonnal rice quality while
MPT varieties had higher yield and better appearance, processing and eating qualities.
