摘要
[目的]整体评价新品种"九丰1号"金银花的内在品质。[方法]以"九丰1号"及其亲本"大毛花"为材料,利用红外光谱对2个品种进行分析研究。[结果]2种金银花均在2923、2852、1736、1637(1634)、1549、1403、1317、1260、1102、1051、763(764)cm-1处有特征吸收峰。"九丰1号"金银花在1051、1064、1260、1403 cm-1处吸收峰的强度较高,说明"九丰1号"金银花的黄酮类物质的含量较高。此外,"九丰1号"金银花在1736 cm吸收峰的强度也较其亲本高,说明其挥发油等酯类物质的含量也较高。[结论]该研究验证了"九丰1号"金银花新品种的优良品质,为金银花的质量评价提供了一种快速有效的分析方法。
[Objective] The aim was to evaluate internal quality of "Jiufeng 1" fins lonicerae. [Method] With "Jiufengl" and "Damaohua" as materials,
two different kinds of fins lonicerae were analyzed by FIIR. [Result] The result showed that there were characteristic absorption peaks at 2 923,2 852, 1 736,1 637(1 634) ,1 549,1 403,1 317,1 260,1 102,1 051,763(764)cmin both spectra of the Flos lonicerae. Compared with "Damaohtia", the intensitiy of absorption peak at 1 051,1 064,1 260,1 403 cm^-1 of"Jiufengl" was stronger,which indicated that the content of flavonoids in "Jiufengl"was higher. In addition, the intensity of absorption peak at 1 736 cm^-1 of "Jiufengl" was also stronger, which indicated that the content of volatile oil was higher.
[Conclusion] The study verified fine quality of tetraploid fins lonicerae new variety, and provided a kind of rapid and effective method for quality evaluation.
