摘要
[目的]研究海带多糖对小鼠肠黏膜组织SIgA的影响。[方法]将40只昆明小鼠随机分为4组,分别以125、250、500μg/g的海带多糖灌胃小鼠15 d,以灌胃蒸馏水小鼠为对照,取小肠黏膜,采用试剂盒法测小肠黏膜组织的SIgA活性。[结果]250和500μg/g的海带多糖能够促进小鼠肠黏膜对SIgA的分泌量。[结论]海带多糖能够显著增强小鼠肠黏膜组织SIgA活性,并有随剂量增加活性增强的趋势。海带多糖对小鼠的免疫调节可能是通过肠道免疫系统发挥作用。
[ Objective] The study aims to research the effect of Laminarina japonica Polysaccharides ( LIPS) on intestinal immunity SIgA in mice.
[Method] The mice are fed with LJPS at doses of 250, 500μg/g. The effect of LIPS on intestinal immunity SIgA activity is evaluated in normal mice by EUSA box. [Result] LIPS 250 and 5(X) pg/g can enhance secretion of SIgA in mice, but it has no effect at 125 pg/g. [Conclusion] UPS increases activity of SIgA in mice and the activity increasing with dose of LJPS. The effect of UPS on intestinal immunity in mice may regulate the intestinal immunity system.
