摘要
用含有不同浓度荧光增白剂FB28的饲料饲喂5龄甜菜夜蛾幼虫,解剖取其围食膜,观察荧光增白剂FB28对围食膜的破坏状况。结果表明,1%荧光增白剂FB28处理6 h时,甜菜夜蛾围食膜部分降解;0.1%荧光增白剂FB28处理6 h时,甜菜夜蛾围食膜仅有微量食物外渗,处理10 h时,围食膜降解,食物与围食膜混在一起。说明1%荧光增白剂FB28对甜菜夜蛾围食膜的破坏能力强于0.1%荧光增白剂FB28。
The diets with different concentration of fluorescent brightener FB28 was taken to feed 5 instar larvaes of S. exigua. After that, the peritrophic membranes of S. exigua were taken to study the damage state of fluorescent brightener FB28 on peritrophic membranes. The results showed that when treated by 1% FB28 for 6 h, the peritrophic membranes of S . exigua partly degraded, and when treated by 0.1% FB28 for 6 h, little food in peritrophic membranes of S. exigua extravasated, when treated by 0.1% FB28 for 10 h, the peritrophic membranes degraded and mixed with food. That indicated that the damage effect of 1% FB28 on perittophic membranes of S . exigua was stronger than that of 0.1% FB28.
