摘要
采用质子酸掺杂聚苯胺(PANi)为电极材料,制成一种反射式结构柔性红外电致变发射率器件。当加上-0.8V和0.8V电压时,器件在8-12μm波段平均发射率变化幅度为0.5,颜色由深绿色变为绿色和墨绿色,响应时间约为40s,经过50次循环器件平均发射率变化幅度衰减14%。
A flexible infrared electrochromic device based on the reflective mode is fabricated by using polyani- line(PANi) doped with proton acid as the electrode material. The average emittance vibration of the device(range 8- 12μm) is 0. 5 and the color changes reversibly from bottle green to green and black green when an applied voltage varies between -0. 8V and 0. 8V. The response time is about 40 seconds, and after 50 cycles the average emittance vibration of the device declines by 14%.
