摘要
尾矿的开发与利用是解决大量尾矿资源堆弃占地、减轻环境负荷、消除溃坝隐患的重要途径。在研究铁尾矿基本性质的基础上,利用铁尾矿砂完全取代天然砂,研究铁尾矿砂混凝土的工作性与强度特点,利用矿物掺合料等手段对铁矿尾砂混凝土配合比进行优化。结果表明,利用铁尾矿砂配制的混凝土能够满足工作性和强度方面的要求,用尾矿石和尾矿砂分别作粗细集料可以配制C70以下的泵送混凝土。
The utilization of mill tailings is the important way to solve the problems of land wastage, environmental pollution and dam bursting risk caused by discarding of mill tailings. On the basis of investigation on properties of ferrous mill tailings, the workability and strength of concretes were researched by substituting ferrous mill railings for natural sand and/or crashed stone, and the mix proportion was optimized by means of mineral admixtures. The result reveals that the satisfactory workability and strength of concretes prepared by using ferrous mill railings as aggregates can be obtained and the possible strength grade can be up to C70.
