摘要
使用丙烯酸、烯丙基聚乙二醇丙二醇嵌段聚醚及甲基丙烯磺酸钠、丙烯酸丁酯等单体,在50—70℃反应温度的水溶液体系下合成了一种聚羧酸塑化剂。通过正交试验确定了丙烯酸与丙烯酸丁酯最佳摩尔比90∶10,烯丙基聚醚(环氧乙烷+环氧丙烷)聚合度为52+1,聚醚(丙烯酸+丙烯酸丁酯)∶甲基丙烯磺酸钠∶过硫酸铵的摩尔比为1∶3∶0.06∶0.06。
The polycarboxylates superplasticizer is synthesized from acrylie acid, a kind of polyether with PEO-PPO block, methallyl sulfonic sodium, and acrylic btyester at the reaction temperature from 50 ℃ to 70 ℃ in aqueous system. The orthogonal test results show that the optimization molecular rate is 90:10, the block of PEO-PPO polymerizing degree was 52 : 1, the polycarboxylic-type superplasticizer co-polymerized at a molecular rate of n (polyether) : n (acrylic acid + acrylic btyester) : n (methallyl sulfonie sodium) : n (initiator) being equal to 1 : 3 : 0.06 : 0.06.
