摘要
采用EDTA容量分析法,研究了煅烧制度(包括煅烧温度,升温速度与冷却速度,煅烧时间)、高岭土细度以及激发剂的掺入对偏高岭土火山灰活性的影响。结果表明,偏高岭土的活性,不但与煅烧温度有关,而且与升温速度、冷却速度都有十分紧密的关系。850℃下急剧升温、快速冷却可以得到火山灰活性最高的偏高岭土。煅烧时间和细度对偏高岭土的活性有一定的影响。细度增加,煅烧时间延长,得到的偏高岭土活性降低。激发剂的加入有利于偏高岭土活性的提高。实验中,偏高岭土活化的最佳激发剂为窑灰,其掺入量以10%为宜。
By the methods of EDTA analysis, the influence of calcinated condition, which includes calcinated temperature, temperature-raised rate and cooled rate, calcinated time, and the fineness of kaolinite, the addition of activation on the pozzolanic activity of metakaolin was determined. The results indicate that the pozzolanic activity of metakaolin is not only association with calcinated temperature but also with the temperature-raised rate and cooled rate. The metakaolin with the optimal pozzolanic activity can be received by calcinated quickly and cooled suddenly at 850 ℃. The calcinated time and fineness will be influence the activity of metakaolin. The activity of metakaolin will be decreased following calcinated time prolonged and fineness increased. It is propitious for improving the pozzolanic activity of metakaolin by adding activation. The optical activation of kaolinite is kiln dust and the reasonable amount of kiln dust is 10 %.
