肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭幼苗水分生理特征及生长的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为研究肉苁蓉的寄生对其寄主梭梭幼苗水分生理代谢及其生长的影响,以寄生和未寄生肉苁蓉的梭梭为研究对象,分别测定其同化枝的含水量、自然饱和亏、离体同化枝保水力及蒸腾速率,同时测定了2种条件下梭梭的株高、地径、冠幅,并对其当年新生枝的生长量进行定期连续测定。结果表明:寄生肉苁蓉后,梭梭同化枝的组织含水量、相对含水量及保水力均小于未寄生肉苁蓉的梭梭,水分饱和亏增大,抗旱能力减弱。寄生肉苁蓉后,梭梭的蒸腾速率下降,其树高、地径、冠幅和新生枝生长量普遍小于未寄生肉苁蓉的梭梭。 In order to study the effects of Cistanche deserticola parasitizing on water physiological characters and growth of Haloxylon ammodendron, two kinds of H. ammodendron that were parasitized and unparasitized by C. deserticola were studied. Water content, water saturation deficit, water retention capacity and transpiration rate of H. ammodendron assimilating branches were measured. Meanwhile, the plant height, ground diameter and crown width were also measured, and the new branch growth of two kinds of H. ammodendron, was continually determined. The results showed that the tissue water content, relative water content and water retention capacity of H. arnmodendron assimilating branches decreased while the water saturation deficit increased after parasitized by C. deserticola, indicating that the parasitizing of C. deserticola lowered the drought-resistance of H. ammodendron. In addition the transpiration rate of H. ammodendron decreased, the plant height, ground diameter and crown width decreased after being parasitized, the new branch growth also decreased compared to the unparasitized one. Experimental results indicated that the parasitizing of C. deserticola decreased the drought resistance and inhibited the growth of H. ammodendron.
