采用均匀设计法优化高山笃斯越桔微体繁殖体系 被引量:4

摘要 以高山笃斯越桔嫩茎段为外植体,应用均匀设计法筛选最适合的培养基,结果表明:最适合外植体嫩茎段腋芽萌发生长的培养基为:DR+ZT3.00 mg.L-1+IAA0.10 mg.L-1+GA31.50 mg.L-1,萌发率达98%以上;腋芽生长及生根的培养基为:MS(改良)+IAA0.10 mg.L-1+IBA0.30 mg.L-1+GA31.10 mg.L-1,再生率达99%以上。成功建立了高山笃斯越桔的微繁体系。 Young stems of Vacciniurn uliginosurn var. alpinum were used as explants and suitable medium compositions for axillary bud growing and rooting were screened through uniform design experiments. The results showed that the suitable media for the germination of axillary bud was DR+ZT3.00 mg·L^-1 IAA0.10 mg·L^-1GA31.50 mg·L^-1, from which the germination rate was as high as 98% ; for the growth of axillary bud and rooting, the media was MS(modified) +IAA0.10 mg·L^-1 +IBA0. 30 mg·L^-1 +GA31.10 mg·L^-1 , from which the regeneration rate was more than 99%. Micropropagation system of V. uliginosum var. alpinurn has been successfully established.
