摘要
开发基于LabVIEW的程序升温分析应用软件,主要用于催化剂程序升温表征实验。用AI自控仪表监控气路和电路的主要参数。基于LabVIEW的软件控制和采集主要参数。软件数据分析部分可分析采集程序升温图形的峰信息。测试了工业合成气转化用催化剂,表明本系统工作可靠,设计符合要求。
The development of a temperature-programmed software based on the LabVIEW is mainly used for characterization experiment of catalysts programmed temperature rising. It can realize monitoring of main parameters of the system with the help of the automation instrumentations. The softnare based on LabVIEW can automatically acquire the experimental data. The data analysis parts of the software can analyze peak information from the temperature figure. Ni based catalysts was characterized by using temperature-programmed reduction in this system. Results show that the system is working reliability, the design is in agreement with requirement.
