摘要
实现人的全面发展是马克思主义的理想目标,也是建设社会主义的本质要求。如何把全面发展的宏伟目标与社会主义现阶段具体目标有机统一起来,成为我们党在领导社会主义现代化建设进程中必然要面对的一个重大课题。从"单位人"到"社区人"的转变为人的全面发展的理想与现实的契合提供了必要的社会条件和现实基础。
To achieve human＇s comprehensive development is an ideal goal of Marxism and also an essential requirement of socialist construction. How to organically combine the human＇s development goals with the specific targets in the realistic stage of socialism has become a major task which the party＇s leadership should face in the process of socialist modernization construction. The changes from ＂unit person＂ to ＂community person＂ provide the necessary social conditions and realistic basis for the conjunction of ideal and reality of human＇s comprehensive development.
