摘要 采用固相接枝制备苯乙烯/丙烯腈共聚物接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(SAN-g-GMA),研究了过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和GMA用量对接枝吸光比的影响,以自制的SAN-g-GMA增容尼龙6/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(PA6/ABS)共混物,探讨了SAN-g-GMA对共混物结构与性能的影响。结果表明:SAN-g-GMA能够增容PA6/ABS共混物,改善共混物的力学性能;Molau实验发现,SAN-g-GMA能够促进PA6/ABS两相界面结合,起到相容作用;共混物的SEM照片表明,SAN-g-GMA使ABS在PA6中分散均匀,粒子尺寸减小。 Glycidyl methacrylate grafted styrene acrylonitrile (SAN-g-GMA) was prepared by solid phase grafting technology; the effects of the content of initiator benzoyl peroxide and GMA on the grafting ratio were studied. The SAN-g-GMA was used as compatibilizer for PA6/arylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) blends. And the influences of SAN-g-GMA on the structure and performance of the blends were researched. The results showed that SAN-g-GMA could compatiblize for PA6/ABS blends and improved its mechanical properties. According to Molau experiment, SAN-g-GMA could strengthen the interface adhesion between PA6 and ABS and played a role of compatibilization. With the addition of SAN-g-GMA, the ABS particles as disperse phase became smaller and its distribution in PA6 was more uniform according to scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photos.
