摘要
在新疆大力发展少数民族学前"双语"教育的背景下,针对当前"双语"教师非专业化的特点,对学前"双语"教育资源库与教师网络学习平台建设的概念、意义、理论依据及建设内容进行了阐述,提出通过网络进行学习,是"双语"教师可持续专业发展的必然选择,是教师专业能力提升的有效途径。
This paper elaborates on the concept, significance, theoretical foundation and content of building a resource pool of preschool bilingual education and a platform for teachers' studies on the internet against a background of devoting major efforts to developing preschool bilingual education of minority nationalities in Xinjiang and in view of bilingual teachers" non - professional characteristics at present. This paper also points out that to study on the internet is an inevitable choice given to bilingual teachers about sustainable professional development and an effective way of improving teachers" professional abilities.
