摘要
介绍了我国现代木结构房屋的现状,从政策因素、经济因素和技术因素对木结构房屋在我国的发展前景进行了分析;从人们对木材性能认识的匮乏和心理因素分析了影响我国现阶段木结构发展的原因。
This paper introduced Chinese present timeberwork house actuality, analysed its development prospects from three sides： policy factors, economy factors and technology factors. It was also analyzed that people＇s lack of knowledge of timber characteristics and their psychological factors, which influenced the development of Chinese present timberwork.
