摘要
本试验对河北省张家口地区的鲕状磁铁矿进行了工艺矿物学研究。针对该鲕状磁铁矿的工艺矿物学特征,矿样经加工干选后,进行了不同磨矿细度和磁场强度的磁选管选别条件试验及流程试验,优化工艺参数,改善提高选矿技术指标。试验研究确定推荐了两个选别工艺流程方案,得到的最终精矿品位分别为61.22%和65.15%,回收率则分别达到了84.46%和81.10%。
The paper carried out oolitic magnetite mineralogy studies of Zhangjiakou oolitic magnetite in Hebei Province. against the process mineralogical characteristics, the oolitic magnetite ore after dry separation was carried out different grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity magnetic separation and flowsheet experiment, and optimized the process parameters, improved Mineral Processing index. Experiment determined two sorting process flowsheet, getting the final concentrate grade of 61.22% and 65.15 %, the recovery of 84. 46% and 81.10%.
