外源性谷氨酰胺对艾维茵肉仔鸡生长性能和小肠发育的影响 被引量:14

摘要 试验选用1日龄艾维茵(Avian)肉仔鸡300只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+0.5%谷氨酰胺、基础日粮+1.0%谷氨酰胺和基础日粮+1.5%谷氨酰胺,试验期21d,分别在试验期的第7、14天和21天屠宰取样。结果表明:相对于对照组,3个处理组采食量分别增加了1.22%(P<0.05)、1.77%(P<0.05)和2.18%(P>0.05);日增重分别增加了2.7%、3.7%(P<0.05)和2.3%(P<0.05)。添加谷氨酰胺显著提高肉仔鸡育雏期绒毛高度,降低隐窝深度(P<0.05),特别对十二指肠和空肠的作用更为明显。日粮中添加1.0%谷氨酰胺,可以更好地促进肉仔鸡育雏期的生长性能和肠道发育。 Three hundred healthy Avian 1-day broilers were randomly divided into four groups (three replicates each) fed with corn-soybean meal diet containing different glutamine levels, 0.0%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%, respectively. On d 7, 14, and 21, six chicks per treatment (2 chicks/pen) were weighted and slaughtered for duodenum, jejunum, ileum collections. The results indicated that food intake were increased by 1.22%(P 〈 0.05), 1.77%(P 〈 0.05) and 2.18%(P 〉 0.05), and daily gain increased by 2.7%(P 〈 0.05), 3.7 %(P 〈 0.05) and 2.3 %(P 〈 0.05) compared to the control. The addition of glutamine increased the villus height, decreased the depth of crypt (P 〈 0.05), and especially for duodenum and ileum. Our results also implied that the addition of 1% Gin to the diet of broiler chicks had better effects on improving the growth performance and development of the intestine than other doses.
