摘要
针对2种规格的TA16钛合金导管开展不加填充的自动钨极旋转氩弧焊工艺试验,确定最佳的焊接工艺参数,并对其焊接接头的质量和性能进行了分析。结果表明:采用自动氩弧焊工艺焊接TA16钛合金导管,能够获得良好的焊接接头:接头室温拉伸强度能达到母材的95%以上:随着温度的升高, TA16导管接头的拉伸强度逐渐下降。
Aiming at TA16 titanium alloy conduit, automatic rotating argon tungsten-arc welding processes without filler metal are carried out to establish the optimized welding parameters. The quality and performance of welding joint are evaluated. The results show that automatic argon-arc welding process of TA16 titanium alloy pipes can obtain better welding joint, and the tensile strength at room temperature is 95% of that on base metals. The tensile strength of TA16 conduit joints decrease with the increasing temperature.
