摘要
提出利用大型薄壁曲面的外表面作为基面进行计算机控制和数字化补偿的铣槽加工方案,为此设计出一种独特的仿形仪;给出了系统控制原理和参考偏移量的计算公式.在此基础上研制了数控仿形加工控制系统,成功地解决了大型火箭发动机喷管的加工难题,为我国的航天事业作出重要贡献.
A groove milling scheme of computer control and compensation is presented by using the outward surface of huge curved surface as base surface. Accordingly, a special tracer is designed. The control principle of this system and the calculation formula of the reference deflection are also given. Based on this research a numerical and copying machining control system is developed. Therefore, the successful solution of the difficult problem in machining huge rocket jet has made an important contribution to the Chinese aerospace industry.
