摘要
对三种不同含钛量的IF钢试验用锭进行了热轧、冷轧和退火试验;采用盐浴退火方法测定了冷轧后试样的再结晶温度;分析了热轧后试样的析出物,测定了退火后试样的力学性能。试验结果表明,Ti含量高于理想化学配比时,与低于理想化学配比时相比,再结晶温度明显提高;在三个试样中,最接近理想化学配比的试样的屈服强度σs和抗拉强度σb最低,而延伸率δ和轧向塑性应变比r0值最高。在Ti含量最高的试样中,可见细小的Fe(TiNb)P析出物。
The test ingots of three different titanium contents were hot rolled, then cold rolled and annealed experimentally. The recrystallization temperatures of cold rolled sample were measured through salt bath annealing. The precipitates of hot rolled sample were analyzed. The mechanical properties of annealed sample were measured. The results showed that the recrystallization temperature was increased significantly when the titanium content was higher than the ideal ratio of components in comparison with that of low ratio of components. The sample, of which titanium content near the ideal chemical ratio, showed the lowest yield strength σa and tensile strength σb, but the highest elongation δand rolling direction plastic strain ration τ0 . The tiny Fe (TiNb)P precipitate could be seen in the sample with the highest titanium content.
