摘要 肋骨骨折在胸部创伤中甚为常见,分为保守治疗和手术治疗。大部分的肋骨骨折可经保守治疗治愈,近年经过临床试验表明选择性的肋骨内固定更有利于患者恢复。本文就保守治疗及手术治疗的适应证、材料方法及优缺点进行综述,提出了使用可降解材料的可行性,并结合实际选择适当的治疗方案,可望进一步提高肋骨骨折治疗的疗效。 Rib fractures are very common in the thoracic injury which could be managed by conservative treatment or operative stabilization. Most of rib fractures can he cured conservatively, but it is better for patient's habilitation if they receive surgical stabilization selectively according to recent clinical trials. This article compares the indication, materials and methods, merits and deficits of conservative treatment with operative stabilization, and introduces the feasibility of using bioahsorbable materials. We will receive a better outcome if we select a proper therapeutic regimen according to the patient's own condition.
