半胱胺对小鹅血浆中β-END和某些激素的影响 被引量:50

EFFECT OF CYSTEAMINE ON THE PLASMA CONTENT OF β END, IGF I AND SOME HORMONES RELATED TO GROWTH IN GOSLING

摘要 选用24只二月龄的杂交鹅(川白×太湖),随机分成对照组(12只)和试验组(12只)。试验组于日粮中一次性添加半胱胺(100mg/kg·BW)。处理后第三天从翅静脉采取血样。用RIA双抗法测定其中的β-END、IGF-I和各种激素的含量。结果表明:试验组的SS含量较对照组低19.64%(P<0.05)、而GH、IGF-I和β-END含量较对照组分别高50.00%(P<0.01)、62.80%(P<0.01)和44.55(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,试验组的TSH低32.32%(P<0.05),T4下降14.72%(P>0.05),而T3升高26.80%(P<0.01)。以上结果提示:半胱胺可能是通过降低鹅血液中SS含量,使β-END、IGF-I、GH和T3水平升高,从而促进了鹅的快速生长。 Twenty four two month old crossbred gosling(Chuan white×Tai lake)were used in this study to evaluate the effect of CS on several endocrine parameters.The birds were allocated randomly into control and treated group.CS was added in the diet for the treated group at the dosage of 100mg/kg BW on the first day of the experiment.The blood samples were collected on the third day via the wing vein.Plasma endocrine parameters were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA).In the treated group,the somatostatin(SS) concentration was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0 05),while growth hormone (GH),IGF I and β endorplin (β END)levels were increased by 50 10%(P<0 01),62 80%(P<0 01) and 44 55%(P<0 05),respectively The throtropic hormone(TSH) and T 4 levels were reduced by 32 32%(P<0 05)and 14 72%(P>0 05),respectively,while T 3 was increased by 26 80%(P<0 05).The results indicate that CS can decrease the plasma SS,TSH levels,whereas increase the levels of GH,IGF I,β END and T 3,therefore accelerate growth in gosling.
