摘要
通过问卷调查法,对福建省2009年大中专毕业生福州地区大学新校区大型招聘会现场的300多家单位发放问卷,应用文献资料法、数理统计法对回收的问卷进行分析,结果表明用人单位选择本科生时强调专业对口、名校、科研能力及个人综合素质和发展的潜能。
The text used questionnaire method, through Fujian province in 2009 college graduates in Fuzhou to recruit a large new campus, release more than 300 units for issuing questionnaires. Then used literature, mathematics and statistics methods to analyze the back of the recovery analysis of the questionnaires. It showed that units select undergraduates' based on professional counterparts, well-known university, capability of scientific research and personal development and overall quality potential.
