摘要
民营企业的非正式组织是由有着相同地域文化背景的生产工人基于对自身利益的诉求自发形成的。如果企业中的非正式组织越多时,企业面临非正式组织罢工的风险越低。因此,企业在招聘工人的时候要特别甄别工人的籍贯,并力保工人的籍贯的多样性,从而规避非正式组织发动恶性事件的风险。
The informal organizations of private enterprises are formed spontaneously by a group of manufacturing workers with the same regional culture based on protecting their own benefit. The more informal organizations are in an enterprise, the lower this enter- prise faces strike. Thus, the enterprises should pay attention to the native places of the workers and keep diversity of native places of the new workers when the enterprise recruits new workers so that the risk of ill events of informal organizations can be avoided.
