摘要
研究了固井二界面封隔失效机理,给出了相应的实验证据。实验研究表明,固井二界面问题的根源是镶嵌于水泥浆与地层岩石之间的泥饼。据此提出了泥饼仿地成凝饼(MTA)解决固井二界面问题的科学构想,并阐述了MTA的研究方法和技术关键。结论认为,实现基于MTA的油井水泥浆-泥饼-地层岩石的整体固化胶结,才能从源头上解决固井二界面问题,满足油气开采的需要。
The packing failure mechanism of cement-formation interface was studied,and the corresponding experimental evidences were given.The experimental results show that the mud cake between cement slurry and formation rock is the origin of the problem of cement-formation interface.Hereby,a scientific conception of mud cake to agglomerated cake(MTA) is proposed to solve the problem,and the research methods and key technology are discussed.The conclusion is that the realization of the integrated solidification and cementation of cement slurry-mud cake-formation rock based on MTA can solve the packing problem of cement-formation interface,and meet the requirements of oil and gas production.
