摘要
对2005~2006年采自贵州省的24个代表性小麦白粉菌单胞培养物进行RAPD分析。30个随机引物对代表菌株分别能扩增出3~7条带,并主要集中在300~2500bp,选用条带比较明显的5个引物进行统计,多态性位点频率占71.8%,表明RAPD标记在贵州省小麦白粉菌中存在较高的多态性。对RAPD分析结果进行聚类分析表明,小麦白粉菌毒性多态性与DNA多态性不形成一一对应的关系,同一地域内的菌株在聚类图中近缘性更为紧密。
In 2005-2006, 24 strains of Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici were analyzed with RAPD (random amplified polymorphism DNA)method. 30 probes were selected, and everyone showed significantly different lines from 3 to 7. Loci focused on 300-2 500bp. Polymorphic frequency was 71.8% with 28 polymorphic loci through amplification with 5 primers, indicating that high diversity existed based on RAPD. Clustering analysis showed that the same physiologic race collected untogether, and the relation of strains coming from the same area was closer in linetrees.
