摘要
测试了中性墨水的剪切应力随剪切速度变化的流变特性,并用Hersegel-Bulkley方程对流变曲线进行了拟合,提出了表征墨水书写性能的流变学参数。结果表明,中性笔墨水体系具有剪切变稀的流变特性,墨水书写性能可用流变参数综合表征,具有优良书写性能的中性笔墨水应该有较大的屈服应力(τ0)、强假塑性(n)和适中的触变性(s),即流变参数满足n<0.6、s=200~700和τ0=4.5~8.5 Pa等要求。在墨水应用性能的流变学表征分析的基础上,在13.33 kg/d规模中试装置上制备得到了书写性能与维可尼中性墨水相当的中试产品。
The theological properties of carbon black gel ink were investigated by measuring of the relationship between shear-stress and shear rate. The simulation of the rheological curve of gel ink samples with Hersegel-Bulkley equation was introduced. Further more the rheological parameters for characterizing the writing performance of gel ink were proposed. The results indicated that the gel ink was a system of strong shear-thinning performance. And the writing performance of the gel ink could be characterized with rheological parameters comprehensively. The gel ink with excellent writing performance had its larger yield stress ( τ0 ), strong pseudo-plasticity (n) and moderate thixotropy (s). The rheological parameters of the qualified ink should be n 〈 0.6 ,s = 200 -700 and τ0= 4.5 -8.5 Pa quantitatively. In A 13.33 kg/d pilot plant, based on the rheological characterization for the application performance of gel ink a method was developed to prepare the gel ink with good writing performance, which can match the product of Mikuni.
