摘要
本文运用Malmquist指数刻画了1995—2006年中国高技术产业创新效率的动态变化,并把创新效率的增长分解为技术进步和资源配置效率变化两个部分。结果显示:20世纪90年代中期以来中国高技术产业创新效率的增长主要是由技术进步推动,资源配置效率对科技创新效率的增长贡献较小。
In this paper, we use Malmquist Index Approach to calculate the change trend of High-Tech Industries innovation efficiency in China from 1995 to 2006, and decompose the High-Teeh Industries innovation efficiency into two components, which is technical progress and resource allocation efficiency. Results shows that the increase of High-Tech Industries innovation efficiency in China is mainly promoted by technical progress, and the contribution of resource allocation efficiency is relatively' small.
