摘要
采用抽样调查形式对石河子市居民生活用水水费情况、水价对其用水行为的影响、水价调整对其用水行为的影响、居民可以接受的人均月水费支出情况、居民对水价的经济承受能力和心里承受能力进行了调查分析,给出了该市居民生活用水价格范围。分析表明该市居民家庭生活用水节水意识不太强,主要是由于目前石河子市生活用水水价相对较低造成的。在该市居民经济承受能力和心里承受能力均较低的情况下,水价的制定应该采用分阶段逐步提高水价和阶梯水价的方法,使居民逐步适应水价的提高。
Sample survey is adopted in this paper to investigate the domestic water price among residents in Shihezi city, the influence of water price and its adjustment on water utilization behavior, acceptable water fee expenditure per capita per month and economic and psychological bearing capability to water price of residents. Then the range of domestic water price is displayed. Based on the analysis result, it is pointed out that water saving consciousness of residents is weak in the city owing to the low domestic water price. So it is advised to raise the water price progressively and successively or adopt ladder water price in order that residents can adapt to the raise of water price gradually.
