甘薯叶中多酚物质动态含量变化与其清除自由基的能力 被引量:5

Variation of polyphenol contents from ipomoea lam leaves in different periods and its ability of scavenging free radicals

摘要 目的:研究甘薯叶酚类物质的动态变化规律以及其清除自由基的能力,从而确定甘薯叶最佳采样时期以及甘薯叶的资源价值。方法:分别用Folin酚比色法,A(lNO3)3比色法,高效液相法测定不同时期不同品种甘薯叶中多酚,黄酮,其绿原酸的含量,DPPH比色法测定其清除自由基的能力。结果:不同品种甘薯叶酚类物质含量的动态变化特征大体一致,在在栽培后的45天至95天呈上升趋势,115天左右达到最大值:济薯的多酚,黄酮含量分别为20.46mg/g;7.62mg/g,川山紫的绿原酸含量为4.12mg/g,115天至155天呈下降趋势,155天至175天又呈缓慢回升的趋势。多酚类物质含量对其清除自由基能力有一定的影响,但不存在显著性的相关性。结论:该研究为甘薯叶的开发利用提供了一定的理论和试验依据。 Objective: To determine the best sampling time ofipomoea lam leaves as well as the value of their resources, dynamic changes in the content of polyphenol and its ability of scavenging flee radicals were studied from ipomoea lam leaves in different periods. Methods: The contents ofpolyphenol, flavonoid and chlorogenic acid were determined by Folin-Ciocaileu Colorimetry, NaNO2-Al(NO3)3- NaOH Colorimetry and HPLC respectively. The ability of scavenging free radicals was measured by the DPPH coiorimetric method. Results: The dynamic variation characteristics ofpolyphenol contents are generally identical. Their contents ascended from 45 days to 95 days after planting and reached the maximum value at about 115 days. At the 115 day, the contents of Polyphenols and flavonoids were 20.46mg/g and 7.62 mg/g in JISHU potato respectively, and the contents of chlorogenic acid was up to 4.12 mg/g in CHUANSHANZI potato. Then their contents decreased during the period from 115 days to 155 days, while the contents ascended slowly during the period from 155 days to 175 days. The contents of polyphenol have a certain impact on capacity of scavenging DPPH free radical. However, there was no significant correlation. Conclusions: It provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the development and utilization of ipomoea lam leaves.
