安宫牛黄丸中黄芩苷和黄芩素的含量测定 被引量:1

Simultaneous Determination of Baicalin and Baicalein in Angong Niuhuang Pill

摘要 目的:利用高效液相色谱法建立安宫牛黄丸中黄芩苷和黄芩素含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。以Venusil ASB-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相分别为:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(21:79;35:65);检测波长:277nm;流速:1ml.min-1。结果:安宫牛黄丸中黄芩苷和黄芩素的含量分别为0.148%;0.0169%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可以作为安宫牛黄丸中黄芩苷和黄芩素含量的测定方法。 Objective: To develop a method for quantitative determination of baicalin and baicalein in Angong Niuhuang pill using high performance liquid chromatographic method. Method: HPLC was used in this study. Venusil ASB -C18 column (4.6mm× 250mm, 5μm) was adopted and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitri-0.4% phosphoric acid (21:79;35:65) with the flow rate being 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 277nm. Result: The content of baicalin and baicalein in Angong Niuhuang pill were 0,148% and 0.0169%, respectively. Conclusion: This method has the advantages of high accuracy, sensitivity and reproducibility, and can be used to determine the content ofbaicalin and baicalein in Angong Niuhuang pill.
