摘要
为进一步提高模具寿命，对电渣重熔５Ｃｒ２ＮｉＭｏＶＳｉ钢进行了试验研究。结果表明，５Ｃｒ２ＮｉＭｏＶＳｉ电渣钢用于连杆热锻模，寿命提高５～１０倍，而且连杆锻坯表面光洁。
To improve the life of dies,test and research have been performed on the remelted electroslag 5Cr2NiMoVSi steel.The result indicates that the dies'life has been improved 5 to 10 tims and the surface finish of the connecting rod forging parts is excellent through the application of 5Cr2NiMoVSi electroslag steel for the forging die of connecting rod.
