摘要
电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)车辆坡上起步的控制一直是一个难点,本文针对坡上起步辅助装置(HSA)的应用,对起步阻力辨识和离合器工作过程进行了系统的研究,制定了坡上起步的最佳控制策略,并在装有AMT系统的桑塔纳2000型轿车上进行了试验,最终取得了满意的效果。
Hill starting control is one of key issues for vehicles with Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT) system. Centered on the application of Hill Starting Aid (HSA), a clutch model is established and a method of resistance identification is proposed in this paper. An optimal control strategy for hill starting is also worked out and tested on SANTANA 2000 car and a satisfactory result is obtained.
