摘要
提出一种评价铁路建设多项目优先级的遗传神经网络方法,针对现有评价方法在对指标权重赋值时存在的主观随意性问题,在已有指标体系的基础上给出基于BP神经网络的铁路建设多项目优先级评价模型,并运用遗传算法对所建立的神经网络模型进行优化,有效克服现有综合评价方法中主观确定权重的缺陷。经过算例分析,验证该方法的可行性,并得出结论。
The article proposes a multi-project evaluation of the railway construction priority of the genetic neural network, the existing method in the evaluation of the index weight assignment when there is a subjective question of arbitrariness in the system of indicators has been given on the basis based on BP neural network of railway construction projects and more priority evaluation model, and the use of genetic algorithms for the establishment of the neural network model is optimized to effectively overcome the existing subjective evaluation method to determine the weight of the defects. After an example, to verify the feasibility of the method, and to reach a conclusion.
