摘要
短脉冲推冲器的工作时间极短,其点火过程对点火燃气流量特性非常敏感。为提高点火的稳定性和可靠性,优化点火药与主装药能量匹配,应用流体计算软件(Fluent),对不同点火流量特性情况下短脉冲推冲器点火过程进行了轴对称数值分析。结果表明,在点火燃气作用时间τ一定的情况下,点火燃气上升时间τ_a对点火延迟时间、主装药点火期间燃烧室内最大压强和最高温度有明显影响。当τ_a>0.3 ms或τ_a<0.3 ms时,会造成点火期间燃烧室内压强过高。当τ=1 ms,τ_a=0.3 ms时,推冲器点火燃气流量特性与主装药瞬时点火具有较优的能量匹配。
The characteristics of ignition combustion gas flow have great effect on the ignition process of short impulse thruster. To make sure that the main charge can be ignited reliably and safely, a numerical analysis on the ignition process of impulse thruster under different conditions of ignition combustion gas flow were carried out with Fluent softwane. The results show .that the rise time τa. of combustion gas flow plays a significant effect on the ignition delay time as well as the maximum pressure and temperature in combustion chamber. When the action time τ and rise time τa of combustion gas flow are 1 ms and 0.3 ms, respectively the ignition process is satisfactory.
