摘要
目的评价在乳腺癌术后围化疗期实施临床护理路径的效果。方法随机将72例乳腺癌患者分为两组,对照组32例实施常规护理,实验组40例用制定的临床护理路径护理。观察两组患者心理、生活质量及药物毒副反应等有无差异。结果实验组患者心理及生活质量状况明显改善,药物毒副反应较对照组轻(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在乳腺癌围化疗中能提高护理质量及患者满意度。
Objective To investigate nursing measures during peri - chemotherapy stage. Methods 72 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in experimental group, which accepted new nursing measure. Results Psychological mood and living quality show superior to control group and side toxic reaction in experiment group show milder （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion New nursing measures can increase nursing quality make patients more satisfied.
