摘要
司法权威在中国社会一直未能得以充分的确立,法律信仰还没有完全成为社会公众的内心理念,而和谐社会这一概念的提出为中国社会树立司法权威提供了重大的历史契机,文章分析了和谐社会与司法权威的内在联系,中国司法权威的现实状况,提出和谐司法理念、和谐的司法方式、公平正义的价值诉求、司法组织的和谐是实现中国司法权威的保障。
Judicatory authority and judicial belief have not well established in China, the ideology of harmonious society offers an opportunity for building up the judiciary authority. The article analyzes the current situation and the internal relationship between the harmonious society and judicatory authority. It suggests that the harmony in justice value, the organization and its management is the base for judicatory authority.
