摘要
在CITIS协同制造项目中,主承包商如何合理为项目选择合作企业与分配任务,是直接影响项目经济效益的重要因素之一。根据CITIS协同制造项目的任务分解图,以最小化工期、费用最低以及承担任务的企业数最少为目标,提出了任务分配优化算法,并用实例对算法的有效性进行了验证。实例证明算法有效及优化解可合理运用到实际的协同项目中。
In collaborative manufacturing projects based on CITIS, how the prime contractor reasonably chooses cooperative enterprises and allocates tasks among them is one of the major factors directly to impact on the project economic benefits. It proposes a new optimization algorithm for tasks allocation. This algorithm can obtain the objectives in minimum project time, minimum cost and minimum number of selected enterprises according to the project decomposition graph of tasks. It illustrates the validity of algorithm, proves that the algorithm is effective and the optimal solution can be reasonably used in the actual cooperation projects.
