腰椎间盘突出症再手术61例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是引起腰腿痛的常见原因，自1934年Mixter首先报道手术治疗该病以来，手术治疗已成为治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常规手段。然而，约10％的腰椎间盘切除术患者术后远期由于疗效不满意或手术失败而需再手术旧。本研究对经我院治疗、已随访3年以上、资料完整的再手术腰椎间盘突出症患者61例进行回顾性分析．旨在探讨腰椎间盘突出症再手术的原因、手术并发症和远期疗效．为再手术的预防和评价提供依据。
