摘要
[目的]研究鄂尔多斯市东胜区哈巴格希乡的土地利用结构优化模式。[方法]通过对鄂尔多斯市东胜区哈巴格希乡土地利用现状的分析,结合该乡的社会经济发展需求和有关规划指标,运用灰色线性规划模型求解出2010年的3种土地利用结构方案。[结果]从3种土地利用结构方案中选出经济、社会和生态效益均最大的方案2为哈巴格希乡2010年土地利用结构优化方案。[结论]方案2基本上实现了哈巴格希乡各种用地结构的合理调整,耕地、草地、林地、公共管理与公共服务用地、交通运输地、住宅用地、水域及水利设施用地面积分别增加了54.35、49.46、59.25、177.63、36.00、180.52和92.83 hm2,该乡2010年的国内生产总值可达664512030.4元,人均纯收入达到1万元以上。
[Objective] The aim was to research on the optimization mode of land use structure in Habagexi town of Dongsheng district in Ordos City.[Method] On the base of status analysis on land use in Habagexi town of Dongsheng district in Ordos City,combined with demand and relative planning index of social economic development in this town,three schemes of land use mode in 2010 were solved by using grey linear programming model.[Result] Among 3 schemes of land use mode,mode 2 which economic,society,ecological benefits were maximum and was selected as the optimization mode of land use structure in Habagexi town in 2010.[Conclusion] Mode 2 could come true the reasonable adjustment of all land use structure in Habagexi town basically,the area of cultivated land,grass land,forest land,land of public management and public service,land of transportation,land of housing and land of water and water resource facility were increased by 54.35、49.46、59.25、177.63、36.00、180.52 and 92.83 hm2 resp.GDP will reach 664 512 030.4 yuan in this town in 2010 and per capita net income will reach above ten thousand yuan.
