新型组合式腰椎间融合器的研制和体内融合实验的初步研究 被引量:2

Design and fusion evaluation of a new type of assemble interbody fusion cage in goat models

摘要 目的介绍新型组合式腰椎间融合器的设计原理和构型,建立羊腰椎体间融合器融合模型,对其进行体内融合评价,并探讨模型建立的手术要点和评估方法。方法采用聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)材料研制1种具有组合式构型的腰椎间融合器,对16只羊建立侧前方手术入路的腰椎体间融合器融合模型,术中、术后分别进行生命监测、医疗管理、影像学评估。结果新型融合器构型独特,羊融合模型手术顺利,实验动物全部存活,术后影像评估融合效果良好,动物模型满足了实验要求。结论新型组合式腰椎间融合器显示有良好的融合效果,通过腰椎侧前方手术入路,能够建立实验动物安全、有效的腰椎融合器模型。 Objective To design a new type of assemble lumber interbody fusion cage (ALIFcage) made of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and to evaluate its cage fusion effect on goat model of lumber interbody fusion. Methods Sixteen healthy adult goat aged 1 to 2 years old and weight 25 to 35 kg were used in this experiment. After ALIFcage were designed and made, these ALIFcages were implanted into the intervertable space, then these goat were monitored, observed and evaluated for fusion effect during operative time till the end of experiment. Results All goat models were living. X-ray photography showed well fusion result and the outcome met the demand for experiment of lumber interbody fusion. Conclusion The ALIFCAGE has a unique design and demonstrate good fusion result. It is easy to reach into lumber interbody space from lumber 2 to lumber 5 through ventrilateral approach during operation. Reproducible animal model of lumber interbody fusion is established and used in interbody fusion experiment research.
