摘要
根据不确定度的传播规律,对自动凯氏定氮仪测定灵芝中蛋白质含量的检验过程进行分析评定。其中由硫酸标准溶液标定引入的不确定度最大,其次是数值修约引入的不确定度和检测过程重复性的不确定度即随机效应导致的不确定度,这三项是该法测定结果不确定度的重要来源。置信概率为95%时,样品中蛋白质含量的扩展不确定度等于0.14%。
According to the rules of uncertainty transfer, the process of measuring protein content in ganoderma with Kjeltec 2300 Protein Analyzer was analyzed and evaluated. The largest uncertainty component was caused by standard solution concentration, of H2SO4. The next was caused by rounding off of numberical valus and the determination repeatability. These three items were the important uncertainty sources of this determination method. When the confidence interval was 95% , the results of expanded uncertainty of measuring protein content in ganoderma with Kjeltec 2300 Protein Analyzer was 0.14%.
