摘要
研究了涡流分级机撒料盘上凸棱高度对分级精度和分割粒径的影响。试验得出,随着径向凸棱高度的增加,物料分散变差,分割粒径d50减小,分级精度指数降低。在试验范围内,当撒料盘凸棱高度与内径之比为0037时,分级精度指数最高。
This is a research made on the influence of the height of protruding ridge of the spreading plate of swirling classifier on the classifing accuracy and the cut size.The experiment reveals that with the increasing height of radial protruding ridge,the dispersion of the material will be worse,the cut size d50 will be smaller and the index of classifying accuracy will be rduced.When the ratio of protruding ridge height to the inside diameter of the spreding plate is 0.037,the index of classifying accaracy will be the maximum within the experimental range.Therefore,an improved spreading plate is suggested so as to reduce the cut size and increase the classifying accuracy.
