摘要
分析了防振橡胶材料受温度、频率和载荷的作用对减振器性能所产生的影响,为满足工程机械减振降噪的要求,橡胶材料应贡献的物理机械性能指标;把橡胶材料的诺模图拟合成多项式方程,做到在变化着的工作温度、振动频率中计算机对橡胶材料的性能指标的自动查询,实现了产品的计算机辅助设计。
Effects of temperature,dynamic frequency and load of rubber material on property of absorber are analyzed.To meet the requirement of vibrationisolation and noisedecreasing of construction equipment,physical and mechanical norms of rubber material are stated. The writer gets polynomial function from rubber nomogram. The characteristic of rubber material is automatically inquired by computer,and CAD for absorber is realized in various temperature and vibration frequency.
