摘要
目的:建立婴儿配方乳粉中V眦的高效液相荧光检测方法。方法:采用C18MG柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-磷酸缓冲盐为流动相;流速1mL/min,检测波长250/312nm。结果:VBl2的检出限为50ng/mL,线性范围在0.05035-3.2224μg/mL,回收率在86.37%-92.68%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.68%。结论:本方法快捷准确,适用于婴儿配方乳粉中添加的VB12的测定。
To develop an HPLC with fluorescence detection method for the determination of VB12 in infant formula powder. Method: C18 MG column (250 mm×4.6 mmμm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and phosphate buffer, the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The fluorimetric detector wavelength was 250/ 312 nm. Results: The detection limit is 50 ng/mL. The linear range of the method is 0.0535-3.2224 μg/mL. The recovery is 86.37%-92.68%, RSD% is 2.68%. Conclusion: The method is fast and accurate. So it is suit to determination of VB12 in infant formula powder.
