基于博弈论的知识外包战略主体分析 被引量:3

摘要 知识外包流程中的主体关系是一种博弈关系,知识接包方与知识发包方的互动博弈是一种合作博弈。运用博弈分析工具对知识外包战略主体进行分析,构建知识外包主体博弈模型,以中国软件外包企业实际为例,认为知识外包能否成功实现,关键取决于重复博弈机制和双方的诚信基础。
