摘要
教师专业发展中的教师职业道德发展,是一个渐进的运动变化的过程,发展的程度和水平体现为几个不同的境界。长期以来我们多重视外部规定性的、非自我的、被动遵守的规范道德,这只是教师道德发展的基础境界。拷问良心道德是追寻内在自觉和生成的责任道德,是教师道德发展的提高境界;体验幸福道德是关注教师主体体验和专业成长的道德,是教师道德发展的更高境界。
During teacher professional development, the teacher ethics development is a gradual process of development and change, and its development degree and level is shown as several different states. For a long time, we passively obey prescriptive norm-orientated ethics, which is just a fundamental state of teacher ethics. The conscience-orientated ethics which pursue internal self-conscious and generate responsibility is a higher state of teacher ethics. The happiness-orientated ethics which concern subjective experience and professional development of teachers is the highest state of teacher ethics.
