摘要
建立了气动水压式水下武器发射系统动态数学模型。分别给出了高压气瓶、气缸热力学方程以及发射阀的流量方程;将水缸、脉冲水柜和发射管视为三个压力均匀的工作腔,应用控制体分析方法,建立了水压平衡系统的控制方程。在Matlab/Simulink软件环境下进行了系统动态过程仿真。仿真结果与武器发射试验所得到的数据符合良好,表明所建立的数学模型能够用于该系统的动态分析。
The mathematical model of pneumatic and hydraulic underwater weapon launching system was built. The thermal dynamics equations of compressed air bottle and gas cylinder were proposed and the flow rate equation of launch control valve was given. Taking the water cylinder, water chamber and the launch tube as three chambers with uniform pressure, the governing equations of hydraulic trimming system were given using the control volume method. Simulation was conducted under the Matlab/Simulink programing environment. Comparison of the simulation results with weapon launching experiment shows good agreement. The mathematical model will be used in dynamical analysis of the weapon launching system.
