摘要
从我国筑路机械行业整体出发,提出路面机械产品创意的形成过程和具体途径;设计出包括市场前景、与企业战略目标的一致性和与企业资源的一致性的创新项目3个阶段筛选模型。结合某筑路机械企业的实际,展现了创意形成过程、形成途径及3个阶段筛选模型的具体实施过程。提出了相关实施建议。
By taking into account the reality of the road construction machinery industry in our country, the forming process and detailed tracks for originalities of road construction machinery were put forward; a three-phased filtering model was designed, involving the market outlooks of originalities, the consistency between originalities and enterprise strategic targets, and the consistency betwoen originalities and enter- prise resources. Based on the operation of a road construction machinery enterprise, the informing process and the implementation of the three-phased filtering model were shown, and relevant proposals
